We only considered single story homes with no pool in this analysis.
Some of the cites shown little appreciation in 2016 so there may still be room for an investor to take advantage as the market took a pause from our crazy election in the fourth quarter.
We are still receiving multiple offers for homes in this price range however the competition for homes is not as outrageous as we experienced last year. I do see buying opportunities in several of the cities.
